Handing time:

Generally, we would be able to send out the orders to you within 2 business days and 3-4 days for the orders placed on weekends. We will let you know the FedEx or DHL tracking information via the email once the orders are shipped out.

For the custom made order, we would need some days to proceed with your orders and ship out within 5 days.

 

How to track your order:

We will send you an email and advise the tracking information when the order is shipped out. Please track your order at FedEx Express webpage: www.fedex.com DHL Express webpage: www.dhl.com. If you can not receive the order on time, please feel free to contact us. One of our staff will check the status and reply to you within 24 hours.

Shipping options & time.

Total delivery time = Handling time/producing time + Shipping time

We do not offer shipping or delivery on Sunday or Chinese holidays.

 

Please note:

1. If your order is shipping to an address other than the billing address on your PayPal, we may contact you to list the alternate address with your PayPal or require additional information from you to verify that you are indeed the cardholder. Your order will not be shipped until your payment information has been confirmed. This helps prevent fraudulent use of your PayPal. Listing the address before you place an order helps us process your order more quickly.

2. For the cardholder's protection, the company reserves the right to send orders to the billing address if a different shipping address cannot be verified.

3. We are not responsible for any duties, taxes, or additional charges that may be charged by your local customs for any international deliveries.
